The Garage

Meet Pick

Dave grew up on a farm in Ontario, Canada, and he has loved classic cars his whole life.

His dad took him to car shows and fall fairs, and he spent his spare time fixing farm equipment with his brothers. A few years back he joined a car club in his local town. Pick’s Place grew out of that: a way to get more people, especially younger ones, interested in old cars and keep the hobby rolling for years to come.

Each episode is a car interview, so to speak. Dave covers the year, the make and the model, what came from the factory and what’s under the hood now, then fires it up and goes for a ride. His daughter and his wife work the camera and the editing.

He was inspired by channels like Vice Grip Garage, so go give them a look too.
